Florian Schroedl ff38e9b5ba feat: add live-reload preview server ...

Enable editing cv.html/cv.css with instant visual feedback instead of
re-exporting the PDF to see changes.

`bb preview` serves the cv/ directory, injects an SSE client into the
served HTML, and watches the source files to push a browser reload on
every save.
